• Account Opening Form (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant seals)
• Customer Information Form(s) (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories and Partners, signed in individual capacities.
• Partnership Deed.
• Partnership Registration Certificate (for registered partnership firm).
• Partnership Firm Declaration.
• PAN of the firm.
• Registered office address proof (in the name of the entity).
• Communication address proof, if different from registered address.
• KYC of all the partners and authorised signatories (if different from the partners).
• List of partners with name, date of birth, and address.
