Resolve Bank Account Update Issues

If you are unable to update your bank account details, you may contact our support team. To expedite the resolution, we require a short video of a cancelled cheque. This video helps us verify your bank details. Please ensure the below information is clearly visible:
  • Beneficiary Name: This must precisely match your business name as registered on Razorpay.
    • Proprietorships: The name can also match your promoter’s PAN name.
  • IFSC Code
  • Bank Account Number
Watch Out!If the beneficiary name on your existing bank account does not match with your Razorpay-registered business name (or promoter’s PAN name for proprietorship), you have two options:
  • Open a new bank account where the beneficiary name accurately reflects your registered business name or your promoter’s PAN name on Razorpay.
  • Or, you can provide a letter on your bank’s official letterhead. This letter must be signed and sealed by your bank manager, explicitly affirming that the bank account number associated with the IFSC code belongs to your registered business name.
