1. What is dynamic convenience fees?

You can use Dynamic Convenience fee to charge a flexible amount to your customers based on the payment method or the transaction amount. You can also choose to charge a percentage of the transaction or a flat fee. For example, a convenience fee of flat ₹20 on each transaction or 2% of the transaction amount.

3. Is this feature available for international payments?

No, the Dynamic Convenience fee cannot be used for international payments. It is available for domestic transactions and supports only INR.
