Overview

WhatsApp Campaigns offer a high-conversion channel to reach customers where they are most active. Send digital bills, payment confirmations, feedback requests or limited-time offers via verified WhatsApp messages. To access WhatsApp campaigns page:
  1. Select WhatsApp under Communication Channel in the left navigation menu.
  2. Alternatively, you can also select WhatsApp in the Select Campaign Listing drop down menu on the All Campaigns page.

Create New WhatsApp Campaign

To create a new whatsApp campaign:

Click **+ New WhatsApp Campaign**.

Click + New WhatsApp Campaign. The WhatsApp - New Campaign page appears.

On the Message page, enter the url of your pre-uploaded media, template header and footer, variable attributes of your message and select Dark or Light theme on the Preview pane. Click Next Step.

On the Whom To Send page, select your recipients from either Uploaded Data or any customer segment. You can also Add New Segment or Upload Data. Click Next Step.
  • Click Add New Segment to create a new customer segment. The Create Segment page appears.
  • Configure the customer segment you want to select for your WhatsApp campaign and click Save.

On the When To Send page, select the time and date on which you want to send the email campaign. You have the option to select Send Now, Send Later and Recurring. Select the timelines and click Next Step.

Your new WhatsApp campaign is created and appears in the list of WhatsApp campaigns.

You can create and manage your WhatsApp templates in multiple languages. To access WhatsApp templates:
  • Click Templates on the WhatsApp Campaigns page.

To create a new template:
