No. | Form ## 1 | Account Opening Form and Customer Information Form (CIF) for the **entity**. ## 2 | Individual CIF form and KYC documents for Proprietor. 3 | Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) declaration in the name of the entity. ## Documents Required KYC documents for Proprietor. ## Sl. No. | Document ## 1 | [KYC Documents](/x/rbl-ybl-current-account/cif) in the name of the Proprietor. ## 2 | Any two proof of existence for the proprietary firm. [List of acceptable documents](/x/rbl-ybl-current-account/sole-proprietorship/kyc#proof-of-existence-any-2) (any two). ## 3 | Valid address proof in the name of the proprietary firm. [List of acceptable documents](/x/rbl-ybl-current-account/sole-proprietorship/kyc#proof-of-address-of-the-proprietorship-concern-any) (any one). ## 5 | Sole Proprietorship declaration. ## 6 | Sole Proprietorship covering letter (Attach to ₹600 duty stamp paper). 7 | A cheque of minimum ₹20,000 in the entity's name. If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions.
