# Documents for Sole Proprietorship Accounts

> You can find the list of documents required for a **Sole Proprietory** entity to open a Current Account through RazorpayX in partnership with IDFC First Bank.

  * All declarations should be in the **company letterhead** along with **date, sign, and relevant stamps**.
  * All KYC documents must be presented in **original hard copies** to the bank Relationship Manager assigned to you.

## Documents and Forms Required

List of Documents for a Sole Proprietorship

* **Account Opening Form** (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant seals)
* **Customer Information Form(s)** (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories/Proprietor signed in individual capacities.
* [ 2 ID proofs](/x/idfc-first/sole-proprietorship#list-of-other-applicable-documents) in the name of the entity.
* [KYC of Proprietor](/x/idfc-first/kyc).
* [KYC of Authorised Signatory](/x/idfc-first/kyc) (if different from proprietor).
* Nature of industry proof (in case not indicative in [entity documents](/x/idfc-first/sole-proprietorship#list-of-other-applicable-documents), please check for invoice copy, bill of entry, freight invoice, or agreement copy).
