# Documents for Partnership Account

> You can find the list of documents required for a **Partnership** firm to open a Current Account through RazorpayX in partnership with IDFC First Bank.

  * All declarations should be in the **company letterhead** along with **date, sign, and relevant stamps**.
  * All KYC documents must be presented in **original hard copies** to the bank Relationship Manager assigned to you.

## Documents and Forms Required

List of Documents for a Partnership Firm

* **Account Opening Form** (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant seals)
* **Customer Information Form(s)** (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories and Partners, signed in individual capacities.
* **Partnership Deed**.
* **Partnership Registration** Certificate (for registered partnership firm).
* **Partnership Firm Declaration**.
* **PAN** of the firm.
* **Registered office address proof** (in the name of the entity).
* **Communication address proof**, if different from registered address.
* [KYC of all the partners and authorised signatories](/x/idfc-first/kyc) (if different from the partners).
* List of partners with name, date of birth, and address.
