Round stamp is not acceptable. * All KYC documents must be presented in originals to the bank Relationship Manager (RM). ## Documents and Forms Required ### Entity Documents ## SL. No. | Documents ## 1 | PAN of Entity ## 2 | Certificate of Incorporation (CoI) ## 3 | Articles of Association (AoA) and Memorandum of Association (MoA) 4 | Communication address proof (if different from what is mentioned in CoI). Refer [here](/x/icici-current-account/entity-address-proof)for list of acceptable entity address proof. ### KYC Documents KYC documents required for: * All authorized signatory. * All beneficial owners. * All senior managing officials. Here is a list of documents required from the customer end: * Photo * PAN Card * ID and Address Proof (Refer the image below for list of acceptable documents) ### Declarations ## SL.
