# Integrate with Pazcare

> On the Payroll Dashboard, you can integrate with Pazcare Insurance and offer group insurance for your employees and their dependants.

The Payroll - Pazcare integration provides the following benefits:

### Advantages of Integration

* **Automated Data Syncing**:

  After you integrate with Pazcare, all your existing employees' details are available on the Pazcare Dashboard. New employees' onboarding and offboarding with [FNF settlement](/payroll/run-payroll#terminate-and-run-last-payroll) easy with this integration.

* **Dedicated Relationship Manager**:

  You can always contact your dedicated Relationship Manager for queries about reimbursements, claims, maintenance, and more.

* **Customised Group Insurance Policy**:

## How it Works

1. [Integrate with Pazcare](#integration-steps) on the [Payroll Dashboard](https://payroll.razorpay.com/dashboard).
2. [Set up the Pazcare Dashboard](#assign-benefits). Add Rules to manage the employee details imported from Payroll.

After you integrate, Payroll automatically imports and regularly syncs employee data to Pazcare. This simplifies employees' insurance policy onboarding and maintenance.

## Integration Steps

To integrate with Pazcare:

1. Log in to the [Payroll Dashboard](https://payroll.razorpay.com/dashboard).

2. Navigate to **Integrations** in the left menu under **ADMIN OPTIONS**.

3. Check for the Pazcare integration and click **Explore**.

4. On the integration page, click **CONNECT NOW**.

5. Click **Generate Now** to generate the API key and copy the key. You can refresh the key by clicking **Refresh Key**.

6. Go to the [Pazcare Dashboard](https://app.pazcare.com/dashboard/integrations).

   1. Navigate to **Settings** in the left menu → **Integrations**.
   2. Go to the Payroll card and click **Integrate**.
   3. Enter the API key you previously copied and click **Authenticate**.
   4. Map the employee and dependents data using filters.

   Your Payroll employee data is successfully imported to Pazcare.

With this, you have completed the integration. Set up the process to manage employees' insurance details and policies on Pazcare.

## Assign Benefits

To assign the insurance benefits to your employees:

1. Go to the [Pazcare Dashboard](https://app.pazcare.com/dashboard/integrations) → **Settings** → **Benefit Settings**.
2. In **Benefit Settings**, click **Add Rule**.
3. Add conditions to the Rule using the filters on the Pazcare Dashboard. This is a one-time process. Once done, click **Save and Next**.
4. Select the check box to assign benefits to employees meeting the Rule's conditions and click **Apply**.

You have successfully added a Rule and updated the insurance benefits for all employees. Whenever the employment status of employees changes on the Payroll Dashboard, Pazcare automatically updates the benefits accordingly.
