The Razorpay Buyer Protection Program ensures the safety of your customers' purchases. It offers customers added assurance and protection when using our platform in accordance with our terms and conditions outlined in the user agreement. Customers can initiate a claim at **no cost**.

If eligible, the program provides a full reimbursement of the transaction value to the customer. Razorpay reserves the right to determine the validity and eligibility of claims based on the program's criteria and any relevant information shared during the resolution process.
