# GrabPay (Malaysia)

> GrabPay is an e-wallet payment provider widely used in Southeast Asia. It allows customers in Malaysia to make seamless cashless payments by maintaining a wallet balance.

* **Flexible Refund Options:** Merchants can offer full, partial, or multiple partial refunds within 90 days, enhancing customer satisfaction.

* **Secure Authentication:** Transactions are authenticated using a one-time password, ensuring security and reducing fraud.

* **Extended Session Timeout:** With a session timeout of 3 hours, customers have ample time to complete their transactions, leading to fewer abandoned carts.

### Refunds and Settlements

Payments follow standard refund and settlement timelines.

* You can refund customer payments made using GrabPay by following the usual [refunds](/payments/refunds) process.

* GrabPay payments take T+23 days to get settled to your Razorpay account.
