# FAQs - Pay with Reward Points

> Given below is a list of frequently asked questions.

#### 1. How long will it take for the providers to be activated after I raise a request for enablement?

It will take 14 days to activate the providers on your account.

#### 2. What are the minimum and maximum transaction limits for Twid?

The minimum transaction amount is ₹1. There is no maximum limit.

#### 3. Is there a way to show reward points balance upfront before customers can select the payment option?

This feature is currently not available as the product is still in the beta stage.

#### 4. Can my customers redeem all their reward points using "Pay with Reward Points" on a single transaction?

Customers selecting the `Pay with Reward Points` option at the checkout can make payments using a combination of reward points and another payment method, such as cards, netbanking, wallets or UPI. `Pay with Reward Points` via Twid aggregates all of your reward points from multiple partners such as IndusInd, Equitas, Intermiles, Timespoint, and more. For every transaction, the customers can view all their linked points in one place and use one of the available partner points in a given transaction clubbed with other payment modes.

For example, if the customer has 100 points on IndusInd and 200 points on Intermiles, then they can use either Intermiles **or** IndusInd for that given transaction. The balance amount can be paid using cards, netbanking, UPI, or other available payment modes on `Pay with Reward Points` after selecting the points. Once the customer redeems the reward points and pays the balance (using one of the other methods), they will earn more reward points from the same point partner as per earning logic of the point partner.

#### 5. How will refunds work?

Refunds will be returned to the source. For example, if the customer had used Intermiles points to make the payment, the refund will be processed to their Intermiles account. In case of partial refunds, the amount paid by cards, netbanking, UPI or wallet will be refunded first, and then the points balance will be refunded. Know more about [refunds](/api/refunds).

#### 6. Can I configure other offers on Twid from the Dashboard?

No, you cannot configure other offers on Twid from the Dashboard.
