# Increase Order Conversion Rate with Retry Links

> With so much investment in getting customers to visit your website/app, drop-off should be the last problem to have because a payment has failed.

Presenting **Retry Links**, a new feature to help convert customers who dropped off because of failed payments!

## How does it Work?

* When a payment fails on your website, your customers will receive the following notification on the payment gateway.

* They will also receive an SMS with a link to retry the payment.

* The link will take them to the checkout page where they can complete their order.

This feature will be made available for your account on **9th February 2022**.
More details and reports will be available under the report section of the Dashboard.
