# Zoho Integration

> Zoho is a web-based online office suite that contains software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, note-taking, wikis, web conferencing, customer relationship management (CRM), project management, invoicing and other business activities.

Integrating your Zoho suite with Razorpay allows you to accept payments from customers via the Razorpay Payment Gateway. You can accept payments via debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI or through any of our supported wallets.

  **Watch Out!**

  * Ensure the email ID used for both your Zoho and Razorpay accounts is the same.
  * Ensure you have logged in as the owner. You cannot integrate if you login via other roles.
  * Perform the integration in your browser's Incognito or private browsing mode.

## Integration Steps

To integrate Razorpay with your Zoho suite:

  <Step title="Step 2">
    Log in to your Zoho Dashboard and click **Settings**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 3">
    Click **Integrations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 4">
    Find **Razorpay** on the **Customer Payments** page and click **Setup Now**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 5">
    You are redirected to the Razorpay login page. Enter your credentials on this page and click **Login**.

  <Step title="Step 6">
    Click **Authorize**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 7">
    The integration is complete, Razorpay is marked as `Active` and you can start accepting payments from your customers using the Razorpay Payment Gateway.

## Zoho Checkout

To integrate Zoho Checkout with Razorpay:

1. [Set up your Razorpay account](/payments/set-up#1-sign-up).

    Log in to [Zoho Checkout](https://checkout.zoho.in/app#/getting-started) and click **Set up a payment gateway**.

    Click **Configure Account** under **Razorpay**.

    You are redirected to the Razorpay login page. Enter your credentials on this page and click **Login**.

    Click **Authorize**.

    The integration is complete, Razorpay is marked as `Active` and you can start accepting payments from your customers using the Razorpay Payment Gateway.
