# Prerequisites

> Razorpay Shopify integration allows you to accept payments on your Shopify store using the 1 Razorpay Payment Gateway app. This guide covers how to integrate Razorpay with Shopify, enabling UPI, Cards, Wallets and Netban

Razorpay Shopify integration allows you to accept payments on your Shopify store using the 1 Razorpay Payment Gateway app. This guide covers how to integrate Razorpay with Shopify, enabling UPI, Cards, Wallets and Netbanking payments.

**Before you proceed:**

* Create a [Razorpay account](https://dashboard.razorpay.com/signup).
* Sign up for a [Shopify account](https://www.shopify.in).
* [Ensure that your website](/payments/payment-gateway/ecommerce-plugins/shopify/faqs#18-i-am-getting-the-following-error-message) is reviewed before initiating integration with Shopify.
* A Razorpay Account with access to the account owner’s credentials. (Only owners can connect Razorpay with Shopify, and API keys are not required for integration.)

  **Watch Out!**

  Follow the [migration steps](/payments/payment-gateway/ecommerce-plugins/shopify/migration-steps#migration-steps) and upgrade to the **1 Razorpay** App if you integrated with the Shopify store before 28th April 2022. This is to prevent payment failures.
