# RTO Overview

> The **Overview** tab on the RTO Analytics Dashboard provides an in-depth view to understand the RTO rate for prepaid and COD orders made on Magic Checkout over a period of time.

## Widgets

The following widgets are available in the **Overview** tab of the [RTO Analytics Dashboard](/payments/magic-checkout/analytics/rto). Check which widgets are applicable when you opt for either:

* COD Intelligence.
* Manual review of COD Orders.

## RTO Rate with Magic Checkout

The following widget is commonly available if you opt for either **COD Intelligence** or **Manual Review of COD Orders** in the **Settings** section.

This chart shows the percentage of RTOs to the total number of orders. You can identify how many RTOs were COD or prepaid.

You can view the **Overall RTO %**  or filter data for COD and prepaid RTOs. You can also compare all three by selecting **View all RTO %**.

  **Handy Tips**

  The default graph is for COD RTO %. This tab only considers data after Magic Checkout Integration.

  You can filter data to display it on a **Weekly** or **Monthly** basis.

## Delivery Data

The following widget is commonly available when you opt for either **COD Intelligence** or **Manual Review of COD Orders** in the **Settings** section.

This tab shows the percentage of orders for which you have shared order data. You can share more data with us by:

* Uploading Data Manually: Click **data by uploading** to share the information manually.

* Integrating with Logistics Partners: Click **integrate with your delivery partner** to integrate with [Shiprocket](/payments/magic-checkout/rto-reduction/logistics-partners/shiprocket), [Delhivery](/payments/magic-checkout/rto-reduction/logistics-partners/delhivery), [Unicommerce](/payments/magic-checkout/rto-reduction/logistics-partners/unicommerce), [ClickPost](/payments/magic-checkout/rto-reduction/logistics-partners/clickpost) and [iThink Logistics](/payments/magic-checkout/rto-reduction/logistics-partners/ithink-logistics) and share the data automatically.

## Share of COD

The following widget is commonly available when you opt for either **COD Intelligence** or **Manual Review of COD Orders** in the **Settings** section.

This graph shows the percentage of COD orders in the total number of orders received. You can use this to analyse COD trends and take measures to increase the number of prepaid orders.

You can filter data to display it on a **Daily**, **Weekly** or **Monthly** basis. Hover over the graph for details and the total number of orders.

## COD Order Review Report

The following widget is available only when you opt for **Manual Review of COD Orders** in the **Settings** section.

The **COD Order Review Report** provides a break-up of orders received and the actions taken on them, that is, whether you have:

* Approved the order for COD payment.
* Cancelled the order for COD payment.
* Put it on hold for review.
* Are yet to take action on the order.

You can view the data on a **Daily**, **Weekly** or **Monthly** basis for the last 90 days only.
