# Download and Print an Invoice

> You can download an invoice in PDF format and print it.

## Download and Print an Invoice

To download an invoice as a PDF file or print it:

1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. Click **Invoices** to open the list of invoices.
3. Copy the Payment Link ID of the invoice you want to download or print.
4. Paste it on the browser and open the invoice.
5. The invoice is displayed. Click any of the following:
   * **Download Invoice**: This downloads the invoice in PDF format.
   * **Print Invoice**: This opens the printer settings. Click the printer icon and complete the process.

  **Handy Tips**

  Customer details like name, mobile number, email, and so on will be hidden as Personal Identifiable Information (PII) when invoices are paid and downloaded in PDF format.
