# Wallets

> The Wallets tab in Insights offers detailed analytics on digital wallet transactions, including success rates, volumes, and average order values. This data helps you monitor and optimise wallet usage, compare providers, track trends, and make informed decisions to drive growth through wallet payments.

## Data Points

You can view the following data points for wallet transactions.

### 1. **Wallets Success Rate Trend**

Indicates the success rate trend from the beginning to the end of the selected time frame.

### 2. **Wallets SR (Success Rate)**

Displays the success rate of transactions made through various digital wallets over a specific period.

### 3. **Wallets Payments Count, GMV and Failure Distribution**

1. **Wallets Payments Count**: Displays the total number of transactions processed through digital wallets.
2. **Wallets GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)**: Shows the distribution of total transaction value across various digital wallets.
3. **Wallets Failure Distribution**: Illustrates the proportion of failed transactions across digital wallets.

### 4. **Top Failure Reasons**

Lists the primary reasons for wallet transaction failures, detailing the source of failure, number of failures, GMV impacted, AOV and percentage of total failures.
