# Sub-merchants

> Razorpay offers a range of reports that enable you to track the cash flow of your business. You can download all of your transaction data for a specific day, month or any time frame as per your business requirements. This information can be downloaded as a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file, or sent via email to the intended recipients.

Sub-merchants can download reports for all Razorpay products used by them. Check the [list of reports](/payments/dashboard/reports#list-of-reports) available.

## Platform Fee Report | List of all Platform fee entries. | Platform\_fee, Tax, Transfer id, Source id, Recipient id, Amount, Created at, Transfer Status, Settlement Status, Settled at, Settlement id, Settlement UTR, Payment id and Tax.

Monthly Invoice Report | List of all Platform fee entries associated with an invoice for the selected month. | Platform\_fee, Tax, Transfer id, Source id, Recipient id, Amount, Created at, Transfer Status, Settlement Status, Settled at, Settlement id, Settlement UTR, Payment id and Tax.
